CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
When a participant from India or overseas registers & enrolls for in an online/offline program/course with & at ISPE, he/she expresses his/her intent to follow the terms and conditions mentioned & read HERE and also indicates acceptance of refund and cancellation policy as enumerated below.
- Once a participant registers for an online/offline Training program/course, he/she accepts the condition of no possibility of cancellation or refund, as communicated to the participant both over phone & also mail before they decide to register & enroll for any program/course. In a special case, and this can happen only if the participant has paid full program/course fees before start of the programs & decides to cancel his/her participation & enrollment in the program by giving prior intimation of same at least 3 days prior to commencement of training. Alternatively, a participant also has an option to opt out by referring a confirmed substitute participant for the fees already paid or opt for another training batch scheduled to commence at a future date.
- Post commencement of ISPE’s online/offline training program, the possibility of any cancellation and refund is eliminated.
- None of our programs are cancelled or postponed. In a rare & unexpected case, if ISPE cancels or postpones any of its program/s, participants have an option to request for 100% refund or even opt to shift their registration done for the program/course, which has been cancelled/postponed, to a future scheduled date. However, no interest will be paid on the fee amount received from them.
